The Products

Do the cards come with envelopes? Yes! Every pop-up card comes with a premium, high-quality envelope, ready for gifting or mailing. Some premium designs also include a protective plastic sleeve.

Is there space to write my own message? Absolutely. While the center of the card features the 3D pop-up art, we ensure there is plenty of blank space on the sides or a dedicated pull-out note card for you to write your personal message.

Do these cards require assembly? No assembly is required. The cards are designed to fold completely flat for mailing. When the recipient opens the card to 180 degrees, the 3D sculpture unfolds automatically.

Are the cards fragile? They are made from high-quality, heavyweight art paper. While they look delicate, they are surprisingly durable and designed to be opened and closed many times. However, we recommend handling them gently to preserve the intricate details.

Shipping & Delivery

How are the cards packaged so they don't bend? We take great care in packaging. Your cards are shipped in rigid, stay-flat mailers or cardboard boxes (depending on order size) to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, ready to wow your recipient.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Shipping times vary by location. Please see our Shipping Policy page for detailed estimates.

Will I need extra postage to mail this to a friend? Because our cards are made of heavyweight paper and are slightly thicker than a standard card, they may require extra postage if you are mailing them. We recommend checking with your local post office.

Returns & Issues

My card arrived damaged. What should I do? We want every experience to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us and within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right immediately.
